Police officer shot in head at Bankstown during raid
READ MORE TO VIEW GALLERYNSW Police have established a critical incident investigation team to investigate the shooting of a police officer in Bankstown at around 9.00pmA search warrant was issued for a residence in a unit block at Cairds Ave. It was suspected drugs were being supplied from this address. During the execution of the warrant a firearm was discharged and a 26 year old male police officer was critically injured.
