WA heatwave
« on: 11 November 2010, 07:51:23 AM »
Unbelievable! Marble Bar is hitting 46C today with min of 29C last night! This is digusting hot for November. Easily records will break.
Fitzroy Crossing and Newman are just behind Marble Bar.

What is causing this isolated heatwave? It seems way too hot for something?

Cheers Matt

I was in Perth last week and the first 3 days were certainly warm enough with it getting to about 37 on Wednesday according to the radio, the temperature reading in the hire car actually showed 39 at one point while I was out and about but how accurate it is I don't know.
