Govt will not repeat Katrina failures, says Obama - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)
     

US President Barack Obama has vowed to prevent a repeat of the "failures" of the Bush administration's response to Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and promised a stepped-up commitment to Gulf Coast rebuilding efforts.
