Horsham Black Saturday fire likely caused by power pole


A fire investigator with the Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE) David Brennan told the Royal Commission he believed a cap had dislodged from the top of a power pole allowing a conductor to fly free, hitting the ground and sparking.
