Is this an Australian record for wind
« on: 13 January 2010, 05:46:19 PM »
Something severely wrong with the Lucas Heights station today. 107.9mm of rain and a maximum wind gust of 495 kph! Did a skyrcrane drop a load of firefighting water on it or something?

Some crazy readings have been reported elsewhere the past week or so too. Time for some maintenance !

And for those interstate, there was basically zero rain in the Sydney area yesterday, apart from some brief light storms about 11pm. So it's rainfall readings are also playing up.
