Big storms batter Top End, 'cyclonic' winds in Alice
The Northern Territory Bureau of Meteorology says the storm that caused flooding around Darwin this morning dumped more than 200 millimetres of rain, and was caused by the remnants of ex-tropical Cyclone Paul.
