Yep that's been discussed somewhere in this forum and yes it is an awesome mammatus cloud. There was a whole series of the pictures from the appropriate author. Perhaps others cam add to this thread with other awesome mammatus pictures from around the world!

well mammats cloud are by far the most unusual my mum said they look like teats
