Yes, catchy title but let.s imagine if this really did happen! Because really, it is suggested we are second to the United States for occurrences of tornadoes. So I thought, perhaps we should discuss what type of instruments we could deploy at least hypothetcally second to the United States to capture tornadoes and data from them.

I don't know about instruments but I could think of a few people we could deploy into a tornado.... :P
