Here's a sat pic and a graphic also.  I noted with interest the wind isobars around this storm - pretty intense rate of knots!

The CAPE as well shown on the RHS certainly vaired with a 2000+ jump in one zone.  Incredible stuff.  The link below has a nice report on the event also:
