Wow! this is the first time i've seen those pics from Shane that John posted (I couldnt view them at work and kept forgetting to check them at home).  They are great photos.  They show some impressive structure.  Love the striations.  I agree John, there was something unique about the behaviour of that storm - not only compared to most storms down here but in direct comparison to other cells that evening.  John - have you had any discussion with Harald?
