I can tell you one thing about CG lightning Mike is that during summer here in South Australia that kinda lightning causes alot of fires but is also dangerous during winter as well

Yes, certainly does as one would expect! Have photos of fires started by lightning here during the day - anyway - got any answers to my question by chance?

Robert asked a question originally - i was replying to Robert re storms in Adelaide and Robert was asking a question. Perhaps Robert can help out? I think the thread was split but for the life of me cannot remember what the question was...
