Rain and storms from the west-northwest from 4am until about 9am with some moderate falls. A mostly cloudy day followed.

Warm and humid with some weak thunderstorms during the afternoon south of Lismore. Small shelf cloud observed during local storm chase to Wyrallah area where I met up with Rodney Wallbridge. Quite a bit of thunder from the cell, but overall activity struggled.
