At 1200 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 60 nautical miles of
 latitude thirteen decimal seven south (13.7S)
 longitude one hundred and fifty four decimal eight east (154.8E)
Recent movement : east northeast at 2 knots
Maximum winds   : 25 knots
Central pressure: 1003 hPa
The low is expected to develop into a tropical cyclone in the next 12 to 36
hours.

AREA AFFECTED
Within 120 nautical miles of the centre.

FORECAST

Maximum winds to 20 knots near the centre increasing to 34/40 knots by 1200 UTC
21 December with rough to very rough seas and low to moderate swells developing.

Maximum winds   : 25 knots
Central pressure: 1000 hPa
The low is expected to develop into a tropical cyclone in the next 12 to 18
hours.

Within 90 nautical miles of the centre.

Maximum winds to 25 knots near the centre increasing to 35 knots by 1800 UTC 21
